In his statement, the Chinese leader emphasized that the rapid development of artificial intelligence creates immense opportunities for humanity. He noted the necessity of deepening international exchange and cooperation in this field, stressing that technological progress should serve common interests.
Restrictions imposed by the US continue to limit China's acquisition of advanced semiconductors, high-performance chips, and other critical artificial intelligence-related technologies. This situation, in turn, has strengthened China's aspiration to independently develop its capabilities in the AI sector.
