According to him, progress in the field of artificial intelligence can only be achieved through international cooperation and openness, which should be beneficial for all countries.
President Xi also sharply criticized the United States' actions to restrict access to advanced technologies. He opposed the excessive expansion of the concept of national security, stating that such restrictions hinder global innovation.
