Uzbekistan: A New Realm of Opportunities for Turkish Investors

Uzbekistan offers Turkish investors a vast field of opportunities for expansion and the implementation of new projects in priority sectors such as energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and construction. Economic ties between the two countries are consistently strengthening, elevating mutually beneficial cooperation to a new level.

According to the "Daryo" publication, the volume of Turkish investments in Uzbekistan significantly grew in 2025, reaching $3.1 billion. This figure represents a 4.5-fold increase compared to 2020, indicating a rapid surge in investment flow over the past five years.

By early 2026, the number of enterprises with Turkish capital in Uzbekistan reached 2,137. This accounts for 11.8 percent of the total foreign-invested enterprises in the country, confirming Turkey's significant role in the Uzbek economy. These companies operate in various sectors, contributing to economic growth.

These growth rates clearly demonstrate the significant potential of the Uzbek market for Turkish investors. Particularly, large-scale projects in the energy sector, modernization efforts in manufacturing, innovative solutions in agriculture, and massive infrastructure projects in construction are opening wide doors for new investments. The Uzbek government continues to create favorable conditions for investors.
