Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have launched the Council of Regional Leaders.

Recently, the first meeting of the Council of Regional Leaders took place in the city of Aktau, with the participation of the Prime Ministers of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. This is an important step aimed at bringing cooperation between the two countries to a new level.

The main goal of this new mechanism is to strengthen interregional ties and expand trade and investment cooperation. The Council will serve to create new opportunities in bilateral relations.

At the same time, the Council aims to increase the volume of mutual trade to 10 billion dollars, which will significantly boost economic ties.
