The Iran-backed Houthi paramilitary group announced on Tuesday that it fired ballistic missiles at the Saudi-flagged "NCC Ghazal" oil tanker in the Red Sea.
The group claimed that the tanker violated maritime navigation ban rules and ignored warnings.
